This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner unit on the 4th floor offers plenty of room to relax after a day at the parks. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a private balcony with beautiful sunset views.

The Condo Space:
This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, corner unit condo offers a perfect blend of updated luxury and comfort. Conveniently located on the top floor of a 4-story building. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area filled with natural light. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and accessories you would need and added touches such as children’s plates and cutlery with Disney theming.


The master suite boasts a comfortable king size bed with high end linens, a private bathroom with new tile floor and walk in shower. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and dresser with plenty of drawers. The two additional bedrooms are perfect for family or guests with a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and two double bunk beds as well as a pack and play for additional little ones in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan along with the living room. The second bathroom is located between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. This bathroom features a new tile floor, a large vanity and mirror, and bathtub, perfect for kids.

One of the highlights of this condo is the screened in sunset balcony, where you can unwind and enjoy breathtaking views every evening.

The in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to return home with clean clothes that can just be put away. Especially nice for larger families who could pack less due to clothes being washed and worn again. My wife enjoys not having to do so much laundry once we return home.

Elevator access is right of the stairs and down the center hallway.
 
If any items in the condo are broken or missing, please contact us right away.
 
The condo is self catering. A few kitchen and bath items are included to get you started. Walmart is right around the corner for all of your grocery/shopping needs.
 
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am and are strictly enforced by the Windsor Hills community.
 
Pets are prohibited in all condos at all times.
 
Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.

There are NO resort fees! Parking is always free! Oversized parking can also be accommodated during your stay in the oversize lot. Advance notice must be given so the request can be submitted and approved by the HOA.


IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: Once your stay is booked you will receive a follow up email from our rental management software, OwerRez. This is the software we use to manage our booking and communication across multiple platforms. The automated email will include a link for you to provide all your contact information, select optional travelers insurance, the renters agreement form you must fill out and submit, and provide a credit card for the damage security deposit, which is $300 charged/held 2 days before your arrival and released within 7 days of your departure once the apartment has been inspected by the management company and no damage or missing items are found. This email is completely safe and the links are secure. If you have an issue with any of this then we kindly ask you not to book with us since this is part of our booking policy and process.
